I found out that i have scoliosis 2 years ago, it wasn't bad, i went to the orthopedic doctor and she told me to exercise and stay straight...i haven't done so many exercises (i'm kinda lazy to save my life 
) so now it got worse 
I'm so sad... Is there somebody in the same situation?
